Gram Panchayat Pimpri Saiyyad has a modern Gram Panchayat office with all the facilities and all the work is computerized and there is a post office and Talathi office in the office itself. The previous small office has been converted into a complete building with all the facilities and has toilets, solar lights, meeting facilities, record room etc. Necessary facilities are there.

Gram Panchayat Awards:  Gram Panchayats have received Nirmal Gram Awards, Smart Village Awards, Sant Gadge Baba Gram Swachhta Awards, Social Harmony Awards, Vanashree Awards, Krishithon Adarsh ​​Gram Panchayat Awards, Agroworld, Majhi Vasundhara Abhiyan, and Excellent Gram Panchayat Awards at the government competition level.

Primary Vidya Mandir:  Many students have studied in the school, which was a primary school during the British era, and today they are high-ranking officials. Today, the school is running a semi-English class and has solar, toilet, drinking water, composting, etc. necessary facilities.

Taluka Sports Complex:  The Taluka Sports Complex, which was built as a concept of the state government, has been built and players like Salil Ankola have been trained from this ground and have played at the national level. Kabaddi, cricket, competitions are being held in this sports complex and players from the village are being trained.

Primary Health Center:  The Primary Health Center has been built in an environmentally friendly manner. Solar lights, solar water heaters, herbal plants have been planted on the building and the OPD is functioning digitally. This Primary Health Center was at the forefront in providing services to patients during the Corona period and an oxygen plant has also been provided in the Primary Health Center. 24-hour service is provided to patients/villages in Panchkroshi through the Primary Health Center. The Primary Health Center has also received the government's rejuvenation award. The village has a well-equipped study hall, Maruti Temple Sabha Mandap and roads have been cemented and electrified, which has added to the glory of the village.

Shopping Center:  There are 121 commercial centers in the village and these centers have been constructed through public participation through auction and made available to businessmen. These commercial centers are getting regular income from the annual rent. Also, it has helped in providing employment to the young class of villagers in the village as they are doing business in these centers.

Water Supply:  Under the Jal Mission Scheme, there are 2 water tanks in the village to provide clean water and abundant water is supplied in the morning and evening. A new water supply scheme has also been approved in the village under the Jal Jeevan Mission and its work has been completed. The work of the new tank well has been completed and abundant water is being supplied. Till date, there has been no epidemic in the last 5 (five) years.

Plastic Waste Management: Useless polluting plastics are purchased through the Group and recycled.

Vaikuntha Rath:  This chariot is provided free of cost by the Gram Panchayat to the villagers for funerals.

Open defecation free village: Through the concept of toilets in every household, the village has been made open defecation free by constructing toilets in every household and taking action and educating the villagers who defecate in the open.

Underground Sewer:  Using the government's underground sewer scheme, village sewage is disposed of through underground sewers.

Underground power lines:  All power lines in the village are underground.

Water ATM:  RO water is made available to the villagers at a low price through water ATM.

Sewage disposal:  Sewage disposal is provided for toilets in the village and in the village.

Water Replenishment: After educating the villagers under the Water Replenishment (Rainwater Harvesting) scheme, many villagers have set up rain harvesting systems at their homes.

Village ponds:  There are two village ponds for the village's water supply, and fish farming is carried out in them, which provides a fixed income to the Gram Panchayat.

Anganwadi:  There are 12 Anganwadi functioning in the village and R.O. water, digital education and basic computer lessons are provided in the Anganwadi.

Veterinary Clinic:  A veterinary clinic is functioning in the village and educates the livestock keepers about veterinary treatment and animal husbandry in the area. The electricity is supplied by solar power.

Milk Institute:  Siddheshwar Milk Production Institute is operational and milk producing farmers get regular financial income from milk production.

Credit Society:  The Uttamrao Dhikle Credit Society, which was started with the inspiration of the village's son, the late Uttamrao Dhikle, is operational and regular loans are provided to its members.

Secondary School:  Sane Guruji Vidyaprasarak Sanstha has a new secondary school and "White Rose" English Medium School is under the high school.

Social Afforestation:  Social afforestation has been done on 45 hectares through the Gram Panchayat and forest medicinal plants along with wild plants have been planted in the afforestation. The government has received the Vanashree Award for the proper management of afforestation.

Hall: A  hall has been built for the villagers through the Gram Panchayat for the program and services and facilities are provided to the villagers at a reasonable price. A fixed income is given to the Gram Panchayat.

Study room:  A well-equipped study room has been constructed in the village and this study room is being used by the young children of the village to prepare for competitive exams. This is a source of pride for the village.

Yatra Festival:  Every year on Gudi Padwa, the village deity Shri Saptasiddha Maharaj performs a yatra to the temple. Lakhs of devotees come for the yatra. Also, all the management of this village deity is under the control of the Gram Panchayat and the donations collected from the devotees are deposited in the Gram Panchayat's own fund.

Water Conservation:  Dams have been constructed on the banks of the village drains and streams, KT Weirs and forest plantations, under the concept of "water interception, water retention", which has helped in increasing the water level by intercepting the flowing water.

Scheduled Caste and Neo-Buddhist Community Scheme:  All facilities like high mast lights, concrete roads, underground electrification etc. have been provided through the Scheduled Caste and Neo-Buddhist Community Scheme.

Buddhist Stupa:  There is a Buddhist Stupa in the village palace, which houses the ashes of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, the architect of the Constitution.

Regarding traditional customs:  No procession of the groom, no Varati ceremony, no procession of noble men and instead, awareness programs are organized

Digital Rain Gauge:  The Gram Panchayat has installed an updated digital rain gauge, making information about rainfall available to the villagers.
